Job Brief

Autobahn hiring is in full swing!! We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers in the transition from sales prospects to active users of our product. In doing so, you will focus on customer loyalty, customer retention, and building close, long-term customer relationships. At best, you will be supporting customers for many years.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with complex technical requirements.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire client lifecycle, immediately after signing the contract and promote the acceptance of Autobahn in the client’s company.
  • You focus on identifying, structuring, and developing client potential and client retention.
  • You build and maintain relationships in your accounts at all levels to create a pleasant, professional, and trusting experience.
  • As the first and main contact with the client, you keep track of all client support processes and you ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience (4+ years) in customer success or account management. Ideally in a B2B SaaS start up’s
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills at all levels, including upper management.
  • You have a passion for adding value and helping our clients succeed, building and growing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to deliver world-class service and support through effective task management, including your ability to manage, understand and prioritize multiple functions (service, technical, relationships) simultaneously.
  • Strong desire to follow and improve processes to ensure consistent output and customer success.
  • Empathy and leadership skills as a customer success manager.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German language is a plus
  • Industry knowledge in cybersecurity is a bonus.
