Job Brief

As Head of Sales at Autobahn, you will have the opportunity to take over full responsibility for building and guiding a team of Account Executives with the full support of an experienced founding team. This is a unique chance to build your Sales department from the scratch and to enter the world of Cybersecurity in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead our B2B team and expand our market share in the area of Cybersecurity.
  • You will take full responsibility for our monetisation strategy and continue to grow revenue and market position through our ambitious and challenging consultative selling approach.
  • As part of the Autobahn leadership team, you will shape our overall business strategy together with a highly motivated, experienced Senior team.
  • You will be the central interface between the Sales team and all stakeholders within Autobahn and SRlabs.
  • You will develop your highly motivated Sales team through individual coaching and provide motivation through clear goals and KPI’s.
  • You report directly to our CEO and the Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • You have a degree with a business focus, such as economics, business administration/commerce or a technical background.
  • You have several years of management experience in a leading position in SaaS Sales.
  • You have relevant experience in sales and customer management in B2B business models or have gained relevant experience in strategy consulting and business development.
  • You are able to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and implement them with excellent project management skills.
  • You love communicating with your team SaaS well as with clients, and at the same time have a strong understanding of structures, processes and performance figures.
  • You have the ambition to expand our market share in Cybersecurity with a highly technical and knowledgeable team.
  • You have a very good command of English and German.
